When I travel, I always search out new foods, flavors, and spices to inspire Lawless Jerky™ flavors. Living with Japanese folks in Los Angeles inspired our Japanese Curry flavor. Taking the best features of BBQ sauces from North Carolina, Memphis, Texas, and St. Louis inspired our Honey Chipotle flavor. Lawless Jerky™ fans have even commissioned custom flavors through Kickstarter (Mango Habanero, Pho, and Paleo Pepper), which have been so well received that they’re now part of our full-time line-up.
