Lawless Jerky has a supremely tender chew because we’re the only jerky company who takes the time to both dry-age and wet-age our jerky. This process allows natural enzymes to break down the tough connective tissue in meat, thus tenderizing it.

All Lawless Jerky™ products have no added MSG, nitrates, or nitrites. We use no high fructose corn syrup, and most of our flavors are free of preservatives (exception: Pho and Sweet Sriracha use Huy Fong sriracha sauce which contains a preservative).

We source our beef from Harris-Robinette Beef, whose exclusively grass-based system and dry-aging process yields superior and tender beef.  Our beef is lean because we hand trim cuts of round and sirloin tip.  But there’s just enough fat left in the meat to give it a meaty, succulent flavor.
